There are many ways to get involved with CRES and the PTO - both on a regular and sporadic basis.
We need volunteers to help with drop-off each morning before school from 7:40-8:00. This is a great way to help out on a weekly basis before the school day starts.
First Friday Coffee
On the 1st Friday of each month, PTO provides coffee and baked goods for teachers and parents before school. This casual gathering gives teachers and parents a time to connect before the school day begins. Help support this ongoing activity by providing baked goods and dropping by for a cup of coffee!
Important communication from the school and community goes home with students every Thursday in their yellow folders. Many teachers request help with stuffing the folders each Thursday morning. This commitment only takes about 30 minutes each Thursday morning.
Raising a Reader
Kindergarten teachers need help organizing Raising a Reader book bags that go home with students. This commitment only takes about an hour a week.
PTO has made a concious effort to recognize and appreciate our teachers and staff throughout the school year. We do this through various events and activities, all which need parent support.
